Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://virsaeventcenter.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Virsa Event Center reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. Virsa Event Center provides Wedding Reception Venue, Banquet Hall, Event Center, Corporate Event Venue, Wedding Venue, Banquet Hall Rental, Wedding Reception Planning, Corporate Event Planning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Virsa Event Center and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Virsa Event Center reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. Virsa Event Center disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. Virsa Event Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Virsa Event Center from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Term Changes. Virsa Event Center may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
